Your Message WE ARE OPPOSED to HB 1260. This Vape Directory Bill is being sought by Big Tobacco to kill all vape products in Georgia. The ONLY products that could be legally sold in GA if this bill passes would the 23 on the FDA PMTA Registry - all of which are manufactured by big tobacco companies and have higher levels of nicotine than other industry vape products.
